APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: - Temperature: 325-350 degrees. - Pre-press garment for 5-7 seconds to remove moisture - Pressure: High - Place patch on item, cover with teflon sheet - Press for 20 seconds - Turn item inside out, press for another 15 seconds
