Recommended for:
100% Polyester, 100% Cotton, Cotton/Poly Blends

THIS IS NOT A FINISHED T-SHIRT/SWEATSHIRT. A commercial heat press is preferred.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Temperature: 325-350 degrees.
- Pre-press garment for 5-7 seconds to remove moisture
- Pressure: High
- Place patch on item, cover with teflon sheet
- Press for 20 seconds
- Turn item inside out, press for another 15 seconds
